Branding - Package One
R2500
During this one hour session we will be at one venue only, carefully chosen to represent you and your brand. You will be able to change into multiple outfits to get the most variety out of our time together.
You will receive 15 beautiful images to be used across your social media platforms.
I will guide you regarding what to wear, what to bring and what to expect on the day.
Branding - Package Two
R4000
We will do a shoot planning call or meet up to discuss all your needs, your brand and your brand message. I will work on a work flow and find the best venues to use.
On the day, we will spend approximately 2-3 hours on this shoot and will use two venues, chosen to represent you and your brand at its best. You will have the opportunity to change into multiple outfits (this could depend on the venue so we will discussed the details). We will also enjoy a delicious cup of coffee.
I will guide you on what to wear, what to bring and what to expect on the day.
You will receive 35 beautiful images to be used on all your social media platforms.

Family Sessions
Family Photography - R1950
Family shoots are fun and relaxed and I aim to get natural photos showing the true connection. Now why don't we print those memories so you can put them up on your walls, where you can see it every day. Kids just love seeing themselves within their safe and happy family unit, it makes them feel loved and connected.
Shoot Rate includes my expertise, equipment, local travelling, shooting and editing time
5 low res digital images for web use are included, then purchase only the prints you would like.
*You will receive an on-line gallery to choose from. You can now choose your special prints, canvasses, photobooks etc to make your final result personal - let’s discuss your needs!
From our discussion around your needs will I send you a personalized pricing sheet.
Studio (max 4 pax) or location (within 20 km of Durban North, otherwise a traveling fee will apply).
Children's Parties and Cake Smash Photography
Cake Smash Sessions
From R1800-R3400
Full Cake Smash Shoot - R3400
A Short Family session included (parents and siblings only). A short session of just the birthday child (please dress baby in this outfit to arrive), and change afterwards into the outfit for the cake smash.
Themed cake included (basic giant cupcake or 3-tier round cake), more elaborately decorated cakes will be quoted and be at an additional cost or you can bring your own.
All décor and props for your chosen theme (except outfits). Feel free to suggest a theme or visit my blog post for images of previous shoots.
Bath Session included, but is optional.
50 digital images, 3 A5 prints and 2 mini fridge magnets.
Who says cake smash sessions are just for babies? Older children can also have one, withoug a bathing session and Elegant and fun adult cake smash sessions are also on offer. Contact me for more details.
Cake Smash only - R1800
This is a short and sweet shoot for the birthday child ONLY (Cake and decor included) – 15 digital images
NO FAMILY PHOTOS!
Add-on – Mini Family Shoot (immediate family only), Bath Session (10 – 15 min) – 10 images R800 each
Children's Parties - R2500
I have a standard 2 hour package for children's parties - (I arrive about 15 min before the party to take pictures of the set-up, then stay till after the cake is cut, roughly 2 hours).
The best pictures of the day are sent to you digitally. This package do NOT include any prints.
Headshots, Events, Matric pre-drinks and Product Photography
Corporate Head Shots in studio
One person – R900 – 4 edited images
R400 each per additional person - 4 edited images each
Corporate Head Shots on location
R1000 shoot rate included my expertise, equipment, local travel and travel time and group photos.
R200 per person - 4 edited images per person.
NB: Only minor editing and colour correction are done. any additional editing requests will be outsourced at extra cost.
Event photography - from R1500 an hour
*Final quote will be given once I have all the details of the shoot, including the venue and shot list/brief.
You will receive all be best edited digital images via download (50-70/hour or according to your brief).
When photographing functions and events, I will arrive a bit earlier to photograph the details of the venue and set-up. Depending on the event I will use the photobooth area to take more posed photos of the guests or will mill around and get group images. Lots of candid moments will be captured as well. The formalities will be photographed according to the shoot brief.
Clients will receive the best edited images of their event as digital downloads. Please note that NO PRINTS are included in these shoots. Clients will receive both high and low resolution images.

Matric Dance and Gr 11 Dance Photography
R1800 an hour with a minimum of one hour booked. You will receive 20 images per couple/family plus group photos via digital download.
No prints are included in this shoot but i am happy to provide you with pricing for prints or canvasses.
Product photography - R1500 an hour. Amount of images will depend on the product and photoshoot brief.

Terms and Conditions
Please take note that images from all my shoots are used in my advertising to promote my work. I will treat each image with the utmost care and integrity. Should you NOT want me to use your image please let me know in writing.
Please note that any prints or products not processed through our professional lab are not guaranteed by Tilanie Grote Photography because of colour and finish discrepancies. We work closely with our chosen Printers, and hence, guarantee quality prints … for this reason, we encourage clients to order prints for displaying and gift-giving through us!
Due to the custom nature of photographic prints and products, all sales are final.
Please note that only minor Photoshop work will be done. Any additional requests will be done at an additional cost.
